However, minor variations, typographical errors, or inaccuracies may occur. Such errors do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized transactions.


4. Processing & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on destination and carrier)

  • Orders are shipped directly from our supplier, which may be located outside your country of residence, including China.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or external circumstances are beyond our control.


5. Returns & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are advised to review the return policy carefully before placing an order.


6. Liability

  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay of shipments once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted by email to info@anneleamontreal.com.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.

Submitting a complaint does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or replacement.
